Until the sale of the Ocean Breeze offshore wind farm Ulrich was its longstanding in-house counsel before returning to the seller, UniCredit Bank AG, at the beginning of 2020. He holds a senior position in the Compliance Advisory Corporates & Investment Banking division.

In addition to 25 years of experience in financing, capital markets and derivatives, Ulrich has proven experience in all life issues that an offshore wind farm may encounter.

He was admitted to the German legal bar association in 1990. As Of Counsel, Ulrich supports and advises CARNEADES Legal and its clients in the aforementioned areas of law.

Ulrich is co-editor of the Corporates Compliance Zeitschrift (CCZ) published by Beck Verlag and a member of the European Financial Markets Lawyers Group (EFMLG) of the ECB.
