Maritime commercial law
In the area of maritime commercial law our advisory approach ranges from ongoing legal advice in day-to-day business of our clients to the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts.
Our expertise lies in particular in shipbuilding contracts, repair and refit contracts, ship purchase agreements, contracts for the supply of ship equipment as well as contracts in connection with offshore ships, equipment and platforms.
