Until Ocean Breeze Offshore Windfarm sale Ulrich served as its long-time Chief Legal Counsel before returning to the Seller, UniCredit Bank AG in early 2020. He assumed a leading role for UniCredit´s Compliance Advisory team for Corporates & Investment Banking.

Besides his knowledge for more than 25 years in financing products, capital markets and derivatives he is well experienced in any kind of challenge an offshore windfarm may face when operating.

Ulrich is admitted to the bar since 1990. He supports and provides advice to CARNEADES Legal and its clients in the above referenced legal perimeters.

He is co-editor with Beck Verlag´s Corporates Compliance Zeitschrift (“CCZ”) (Corporate Compliance Journal) and member of the ECB sponsored European Financial Markets Lawyers Group.
