Jan-Paul Mispelhorn joined Carneades Legal as an associate in early 2022. 

He is a licensed attorney at law. Jan-Paul has specialized knowledge in the field of private construction law and contract law for work and services, contract drafting as well as public procurement law. He is currently handling proceedings and projects in the field of renewable energies and shipbuilding. He acquired his prior knowledge while working as a legal clerk for Carneades Legal in Hamburg, Germany. In addition, Jan-Paul worked as a research assistant for Carneades Project Services in Braunschweig, Germany, during his legal clerkship, where he especially expanded his knowledge in claim and contract management. He was involved in construction projects in the field of plant engineering, particularly in the energy sector.
