Madlen Schirmer has been working as a paralegal at CARNEADES Legal since August 2020.

Since 2003, Madlen has worked as a paralegal in various Hamburg law firms and as an administrative assistant in the trust department of a fund company for shipping funds. Her fields of activity included trademark law, licence agreements, fund structures, foreclosure, preparatory accounting and invoicing in accordance with RVG and BRAGO. In addition, she has many years of experience as a personnel clerk in a law firm.

At Carneades Legal she supports the lawyers of CARNEADES Legal with her knowledge and skills regarding client processing, billing and organisation.

As part of business development she is involved in the development and implementation of strategies for the targeted further development of the company.

Madlen is an honorary lay judge at a local court in Hamburg.
